How olives oil is made
Manufacturing olive oil is a long and difficult process but if you follow these steps carefully you’ll produce good quality oil.
First the olives are harvested between September and December and collected in berealh the nets the trees. After that the leaves and stones are removed before crushing to remove impurities. Then the olives are crushed by using granite stones but this should be within 24 to 36 hours of picking for reducing acidity. Next the paste obtained is layered on mats by put under pressure from a screw or hydraulic press. Last step the liquid collected and put through a centrifugal separator to separate water and impurities from oil. So the oil made by hydraulic presses is expensive but the one separated by crunching or heating the olives is cheaper.

Baniyas +Abu Dhabi
The U.A.E has seven emirates. So in this essay I am going to compare and contrast Baniyas and Abu Dhabi. There are many similarities and many differences.
The first similarity is both are in the U.A.E. Another similarity is both share the same government. Yet another similarity is they have the same educational and healthcare system.
However, there are also a lot of differences. The first difference is that Baniyas has fewer high-rise buildings but, in Abu Dhabi, there are more modern and higher buildings. Another difference is the life in Baniyas is more traditional because most people in it are bedouim. Yet another difference is that A.D has more traffic and noise because the population is more.
Finally, in my opinion, Abu Dhabi is better than Baniyas because it is modern and you can find all of life’s necessities.
